General Conditions

The rental fee is payable one week following the reservation request date.  A minimum contract of $800 (before taxes and service and excluding rental fee) is required for any events with services.

We ask to finalize all choices of menu  at least 7 days prior to the event.   50% of the contract is payable a week prior (3 months prior for weddings) and the balance can be paid the same day but prior to the event.  See below for cancellation policies.

Any modifications to the number of guests must be received 72 hours prior the event.   We will accomodate people additions but no reduction in number of guests for the final amount.   

Cancellations and Refund Policies

Cancellation of event must be provided in writing.  If an event is cancelled in writing less 7 days prior to the date of reservation, 50% of the total amount is reimbursed notwithstanding the rental fees.   Rental fees are not refundable.
