Hall Rental

Looking for a versatile space for your event in the heart of Montreal? Our venue is also available for rent at an hourly rate. It is possible to bring your own food or caterer however it is forbidden to bring your own alcohol. We invite you to reach out to us directly for a personalized quotation.

How it works?

Renting the space without services is possible with a rate starting at $750 for groups of less than 60people and $950 for groups of more than 60people for a maximum of 5hours. An hourly rate of $110/h is applied for every additional hour. 

You may bring your own food or caterer however it is forbidden to bring your own your alcohol. Our furniture, wifi and sound system is included.

Our services will then be available à la carte such as furniture setup, bar service, access to fridges and heaters, etc...

Our catering service is also available - ask us for a quotation!

The space can host 120 people standing or 100 seated. The space rental includes hi-speed wifi, a professional audio/visual system, stage lights, microphones and lectern as well as a large central bar with service (if required). Minimum 5hours.

Notes
  1. Capacity 100  people. Taxes and services to be added.
  2. The space setup of furniture is done by the client
  3. Not available for the month of December
  4. Space rental with no services is not available on Fridays and Saturdays
  5. Dinnerware and glassware is not included
  6. It is forbidden to bring your own alcohol. We have an alcohol permit and offer a full service bar.
  7. At booking, a non-refundable deposit of $320 is required to secure the date
